You're writing an entry for a German blog about your school, respectively, your school life. Give a general description of your school. Write which subjects you like and which not. Write what you did in school yesterday/tomorrow.

I think it doesn't make sense for me to write down an answer to the question, therefore, I would rather say, what I think is the challenge the student has to deal with. In this example the student has to use three different tenses: simple present (Präsens), simple past (Präteritum) and future tense (Futur I). I would in order to practice this do classic exercises like clozes but I would also try to clarify if the student is rather an auditory or a visual learner and include exercices of this kind. Moreover, I would especially emphazise the auxiliary verbs as this is probably a challenge for an English speaking student. The second challenge for the student is to demonstrate that he or she masters topic specific vocabularies. Learning vocabularies could be done in conversations, in contextualization, categorization or short stories.
