Factorise x^2 +2x+1 to the form (x+a)(x+b)

To factorise a quadratic of this form find a pair of numbers which multiply to produce the last term and add to make the middle term.In this case 1x1 = 1 and 1+1=2 so a and b will be the same number.(x+1)(x+1)
