What grammar should I revise?

In the MLAT a sound knowledge of the grammar of your chosen language is important. Revise all of the tenses, including the subjunctive and pay particular attention to conjuntions, prepositions and pronouns, as well as imperatives. A good grasp of these small but important aspects of grammar will set you apart from the rest of the students taking the exam.
