Big data is the catch-all term given to massive datasets that are used with increasing frequency by modern organisationsBig is a descriptive term and covers datasets that are big both in terms of volume of data but also in terms of size/complexity of processing.One of the other developments in regards to big data is that of the speed at which data is being processed.
