How many chromatids does a cell contain during Prophase?

92A human has 46 chromosome (23 pairs). After the genetic material is duplicated and condenses in Prophase, there are still 46 chromosomes but they exist in an X-shape, where two sister-chromatids are attached to each other by a centromere. Therefore a cell in prophase and metaphase would have 46 chromosomes and 92 chromatids.
