How can I improve my oral Italian skills?

There are some practices, controlled and free, on which the student can work together with the tutor. The controlled ones consist of games in which the student practices some linguistic structures and has the possibility of correcting himself/herself (activating the so-called monitor) with the purpose of reaching more fluency in the language. The free ones, more advanced, may consist of an oral narration of an event, a holiday or something else chosen by the student, as well as one-to-one conversation with the tutor, or rather games (like role plays) in which the student arranges his/her speech and looks for vocabulary in order to practice, afterwards, the structures and the vocabulary just learned. There are also some pronunciation exercises the student can do with the tutor, by simply repeating one entire sentence and then breaking it down in blocks and repeat them.
