Explain one benefit of providing induction training for employees.

One benefit of induction training is increased productivity. Induction training for new employees will give them a detailed understanding of what their new role entails and how to achieve the tasks required of them. Used effectively induction training will allow new recruits to become productive as quickly as possible. This is due to the fact that employees will not need to learn on the job, but will instead have enough knowledge of what is expected to be able to be productive early on. This is highly cost effective for a business as a productive worker produces more products/services in a shorter time period leading to better profit margins for the business.
