Suggest one reason why LEDC’s such as those in Africa have high birth rates (2)

One reason they have high birth rates is because of a lack of education. There are no family planning clinics or lessons in schools about how to have safe sex and prevent pregnancy as a method of contraception. Therefore people do not know how to reduce the risk of contraception.
