Explain how plate movements creates tectonic hazards in California (4 marks)

Answer:-Moving of plates caused by convection currents below the Earth's crust.-Currents cause the plates to come together on a transform plate boundary. the plates moving against each other creates a strike fault line called the San Andreas Fault -movement creates friction which builds up pressure overtime. When this eventually is released it causes a jolt in the plates, this creates an earthquake.(can use diagram and label it to answer this question if quicker)(can answer in bullet points or paragraph format)(focus on the command word being EXPLAIN)
