Protein Breakdown --- > via protease in stomach and pancreas, breaking down protein to amino acids
Lipid Breakdown ---> via lipases in pancreas, breaking down lipids into fatty acids or glycerol
Starch Breakdown ---> firstly via amylase in saliva, breaking down starch to maltose Secondly via maltase breaking down maltose to glucose in the small intestine
(You may want to add additional information such as enzymes working under their optimal pH's such as proteases working best in the stomachs acidic environment and lipases in a more alkaline environment provided by the pancreatic juices and bile.)
