Describe the process of Prokaryotic cell replication by Binary Fission.

Firstly, the circular DNA and plasmids replicate - the plasmids replicate multiple times, but the main DNA loop only replicates once. Next the DNA moves to opposite poles as the cell gets bigger. Then the cytoplasm divides and a new cell wall begins to form. Finally, two daughter cells are produced, each with one copy of the circular DNA and a varied numbers of copies of the plasmids.
