Introduction: state your argument within the context of your essay question. Introduce the 2/3 points that you will be making to support your argument.Paragraph 1/2/3 - these points can compare, contrast and be in addition to each otherPoint - Clearly restate your point, using connective wordsExplain / Expand - Re-contextualise your point within the question Example - use specific examples and quotes to support your pointConclusion: Quickly summarise why your 2/3 points support your argument. You could mention an additional point that may support the counterargument and you can finish the essay to reinforcing why you personally support your argument.
