How do I write a good paragraph?

Once you have a structure to follow, writing a paragraph is a lot easier. The following structure works for any paragraph, no matter how long it is. It's called PEEL. P - Point. Try and summarise the point you are making to one sentence.E - Evidence. This is where you use quotations, as back up to your point. This proves you know what you're talking about and makes your point valid.E- Explanation. This is where you go deeper, explaining WHY / HOW the evidence you have given has the effect you say it has. L- Link. Just one sentence needed here, linking your point back to the question. This just covers your own back so the examiner knows your point is relevant.
