Most importantly put your academic achivemtns and work experience (including any volunteer work). You also want to stand out - universities don't spend long reading each personal statement! Have you ever organised a trip? Got involved in a club or society? Volunteered abroad? Fundraised for charity? PUT IT IN. Don't go into too much detail but these people want to know how special you are so show them!Try and give an indication of what has inspired you to apply for thiscourse/university.It's a time to show off in the most clear format as possible - make sure you categorise your statement clearly so those reading it can identify different sections of the statement clearly. Don't over write - you only have 47 lines for UCAS!
