What is the difference between animal (eukaryotic) and bacteria (prokaryotic) cells?

The main difference between the following two is that bacterial cells do not possess a nucleus or any membrane-bound organelles. In addition to that, bacterial cell walls are made out of murein, plasmids are present and smaller version of ribosomes are scattered around.
