There's no set structure as to answer the 12 mark question, but there is an easy way to get you in the hang of it. Firstly you would introduce the question and give some background of the question. Then the main body of the essay would be split into four parts. The first would be one religious viewpoint, for example a Roman Catholic perspective on the issue posed in the question. The next part of the essay would look at another religious view point for example Protestant Christian. Thirdly, you would look at a secular (non religious) view, this could be a protest group, an charity etc. Lastly, you would express your view- this is really the main part of the essay- the bit where you can earn the most marks. You want to really explore the question, and see whether you agree or disagree with the issue posed. You have to include a conclusion to earn the higher marks, which is where you would briefly summarise the points and make a judgement on the quality of the arguments posed.
