Introducing our new TV campaign: You Never Stop Worrying

· August 31, 2021

Today we’re launching our new TV campaign, You Never Stop Worrying. And we’re pretty excited about it.

Because that’s the thing with parenting – there’s always something that keeps mums and dads up at night. From the small things (did they have breakfast before they left the house?), to the big (will they find happiness in life?). And we can’t stop parents from worrying. Sorry! But what we can do – and do every day – is help them stop worrying about one pretty big part of their kids’ lives. Their education.

Over the last 15 months, the world of education has been turned upside down, back to front and inside out. We saw exams cancelled twice, a mutant algorithm, and just about everyone trying to learn (and work…) from home. As our routines begin to look a bit more normal though, kids everywhere need support filling in learning gaps and getting back on track with their learning.

What do parents worry about? (hint – a lot)

When we surveyed 600 MyTutor parents, there was a pretty long list of concerns, from the everyday to the existential…

Whatever the age of your child or children, there’s always something – and you wish you could take the knocks for them. The feeling amongst parents who we surveyed was that parents tend to worry the same amount, but about different things as they get older. Through it all though, they want to help their child find happiness day-to-day through their childhood, adolescence and in the long term after they flee the nest.

We can’t help with everything, but we can take a load of worry off your shoulders

While a lot of worries are just a part of parenting, online lessons with our tutors can be a game changer for more than just their grades. As well as getting their marks up,  our tutors double as role models and mentors, giving students the dedicated support they need to achieve their potential.

Because that’s the thing with education – parents don’t worry about it because they care about 9s and A*s. Helping a child achieve their best at school can set them on the right path for life. When a teen realises their self-worth, or learns to pick themselves up after getting something wrong, there’s no limit to what they can achieve in life.

So keep your eyes peeled on the telly over the next few weeks (tag us on Instagram if you see us!), and look out for more handy content on our social media channels and our blogs. We won’t stop you worrying altogether, but we can stop you worrying about your child’s studies.

If you’d like to chat to one of our Tutor Experts about how our tutors could help your child, book a call with them, or call on 0203 773 6024 and they’ll help you find exactly what you need.
