Show x^2 + 8x +15 = 0 in the form of (x+b)^2 +c (complete the square) and then solve the equation

x2+8x +15 = 0
(x+4)2-16 +15=0
(x+4)2-1=0
(x+4)= (+/-)1

x = -3 or -5
