How do you integrate by parts?


Identify the stationary points of f(x)=3x^3+2x^2+4 (by finding the first and second derivative) and determine their nature.


Express 4sin(x)+6cos(x) in terms of Rsin(x+a) where R and a are constants to be determined (a should be given in rad).
